Provenance and terms of use
Every paper published by Third Sector Recon, in both its web and PDF editions, carries embedded provenance markings. They are not visible to readers and do not affect how a document reads, prints or works with assistive technology. They survive copying, pasting, printing and conversion to other formats. They identify the publication, the specific document and the edition from which any copied material was taken.
Short quotation for review, comment, news reporting, teaching and scholarship is welcome, with attribution to Third Sector Recon and citation of the document reference. That reference appears in the footer of every page.
Reproduction or redistribution of a paper in whole or in substantial part, publication of its analysis as original work, or ingestion of its content into any commercial dataset or artificial intelligence model is not permitted without written consent. Material taken in breach of these terms can be traced to its source, and Third Sector Recon reserves all rights and remedies available to it.
Requests for permission may be directed to correspondence@thirdsectorrecon.org.
